Cruz Mobile Veterinary Service has a simple appointment process because pet care should be easy.
- Option 1: Call Dr. Cruz personally by calling: 530-945-8443
- Option 2: Fill out our Online Appointment Request form provided. This form is NOT A CONFIRMATION. All appointments will be confirmed by a call from Dr.Cruz.

If Dr. Cruz is unable to answer a call he will return your call as soon as possible.
